Since the responses often include a mix of multiple-choice question answers and descriptive-type responses, careful interpretation becomes non-negotiable. Usually, trainers would manually go through the responses and prepare detailed, comprehensive reports. But with the volume of responders growing, the process becomes excruciatingly time-consuming and labor-intensive. This significantly impacts the quality and consistency of the assessment. To improve the efficiency and quality of the assessment process, we introduced an AI-powered reporting system that uses LLM-based agents.
