He is the VP of Engineering at Travancore Analytics and leads the development of scalable XR platforms and AI integrations. He brings rich experience in the software industry, working across industrial products and manufacturing domains. He specializes in project and program management, Agile and Scrum, and the design and implementation of Cloud, IoT, SaaS, web, and mobility solutions. Steve Drake

He is the CEO of Forklift University and an experienced entrepreneur with a diverse background across software, retail, industrial supply, and e-commerce. A founding owner of one of the first PC-based apparel software systems (A.I.M.S.), he has built, grown, and successfully sold multiple businesses. Today, he leads Forklift University, managing national-level clients and expanding its training operations across the country. His expertise includes workforce training, documentation, problem-solving, and long-term business and relationship development.

One of the most compelling examples of VR powered workforce training transformation comes from our partnership with Forklift University, a leader in Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) training. Forklift University discovered Travancore Analytics via an online search when they were exploring more advanced training methods. Intrigued by the potential of VR, they reached out to us for a quote to build a safer, scalable, and more engaging training solution.

• Provide OSHA-compliant forklift training in a way that minimizes real-world risk on the warehouse floor.

The solution supports HTC Vive Pro 2 and Vive Focus 3 via SteamVR, includes a Replay system with multi-angle and 360° reviews, and integrates pedestrian and risk simulation drills to strengthen safety and skill development.

The results have been highly transformational with faster onboarding, a safer learning environment, standardised assessments, and scalable deployment.
